Richard Gelbart has over 30 years of multifamily investment real estate experience.  In his previous position as Senior Vice President and then later as President of a San Diego based apartment investment/management company, Richard and his team acquired, renovated, managed and sold over 10,000 multifamily units and several office buildings in California, Arizona and Texas. 

Later in his career Richard worked with MG Properties Group, where his primary focus was investor relations and private equity.   Richard was part of Investment Committee and involved in the decision making process relating to acquisitions and dispositions.   He has lived in San Diego since 1986 and is a graduate of Platt College School of Architectural Design. 

 
Richard has taken his relationship capital built since 1986 and through RG Private Equity LLC introducing those relationships to a few select Principal’s in the Real Estate Investment world.    These Principals and their companies are long standing with solid real estate investment track records offering conservative risk adjusted returns.
